Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting our support team at jon.mengel@mengelenterprises.com. Please include your order number in your message.
After 24 hours, your order may have already entered processing or fulfillment with our suppliers and can no longer be cancelled. In such cases, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy once your order arrives.
Subscription Cancellations
If you have subscribed to a recurring purchase option, you may cancel your subscription at any time before your next scheduled billing date. To cancel, contact us at jon.mengel@mengelenterprises.com with your order or account details.
Refunds for Eligible Cancellations
Approved cancellations will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
