Standard Shipping (United States): $5.99
Free Shipping on orders $50 or more
International Shipping: $14.99

All rates are displayed at checkout before payment.

Where We Ship From

Essentials by Day sources products from international supplier partners located primarily in Asia. Products are shipped directly from our suppliers to your door. This allows us to offer a wide, curated selection at competitive prices. Please read this policy carefully so you know what to expect.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). During high-volume periods, processing may take up to 5 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Times

Because our products ship internationally from supplier warehouses, please allow the following estimated delivery windows:

Standard Shipping (United States): 10–25 business days after processing

These are estimates and not guarantees. Actual delivery time depends on your location, customs processing, and carrier capacity. We appreciate your patience — every item is worth the wait.

International Orders

We currently accept orders from the United States. International shipping to additional countries may be added in the future.

Customs and Import Duties

Some orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product or shipping prices. Most standard orders to US addresses are not subject to import duties.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking updates may take 3–5 business days to appear after shipment. You can track your order using the link in your shipping confirmation email.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking shows no movement for more than 30 days or your package has not arrived within 35 business days of your order date, please contact us and we will investigate and provide a replacement or refund. We are committed to making it right.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address. Contact us immediately at hello@essentials-by-day.com if you need to correct an address — we can only update it before the order ships.
