How long does shipping take?
Our products ship from international supplier warehouses (primarily in Asia). After a 1–3 business day processing window, delivery to US addresses takes 10–25 business days. These are estimates and may vary by destination and customs processing.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — free standard shipping on all US orders over $50.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking updates may take 3–5 business days to appear after shipment.
Why is the shipping time longer than some other stores?
Essentials by Day sources products from international supplier partners. Your order ships directly from the supplier to your door — which takes a bit longer, but helps us keep costs down for you.
Returns & Orders
Can I return a product?
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original, unused condition. Because products ship internationally, we may offer a refund or replacement in lieu of a physical return for lower-value items. Email hello@essentials-by-day.com with your order number to start the process.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damage. We will send a replacement or issue a refund — no return required.
What if my order never arrives?
If your package has not arrived within 35 business days of your order date, contact us at hello@essentials-by-day.com and we will resolve it.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Email us at hello@essentials-by-day.com as soon as possible. Once an order has been submitted to the supplier, we may not be able to make changes.
